CASE HISTORY
ASG operates throughout the world-
with airlines, airports, third party suppliers and governments
By delivering quality at a reasonable cost ASG truly offer
PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT FOR AVIATION PROFESSIONALS
Below are some examples of our past activities:
Ground Handler

Our team identified over £3.6million of annual savings by reducing fixed costs, designing a better resource allocation tool and management methodology, and coaching operational management to plan better resource utilisation and fault reporting. We then communicated with client airlines to ensure smooth transition, and with the airport owners to ensure the planned airline relocations across the terminals were done in such a way as to ensure reduced costs for all involved, and contingencies for any timetable changes.

The Airline
Operating outside the airlines country of origin, ASG provided full operational management for their remote based fleet, deliuvering flight service for a government department. Where on time performance, security and safety were paramount, we managed third party suppliers and performed in-flight operations management. ASG also provided audit and record support for engineering and ground operations; including audit and training of load-planning, de-ice and Dangerous Goods functions. We managed handling solutions in 5 countries in Europe, Middle East and Southern Hemisphere.

The Airport
A provincial airport required business development and capital project planning. ASG identified two new carriers and introduced low-cost and charter operations - increasing the passenger throughput by over 40%. We designed a clearer fee structure for airlines, and offered hedging of fuel costs based on quantity incentives.
This resulted in increased income and a clearer view of the capital investment requirements for the future. By working closely with the local community, airlines and local authorities a cohesive development plan was crafted and put in place for the future.
The Telecommunications Provider
An internationally renowned telecommunication & satellite broadcaster required the design and integrity testing of an emergency response plan. By involving key managers and staff, and running exercises within the operation, the combined ASG / Pracius team built a business continuation plan which prioritised actions and ensured minimal disruption to customers - as well as safeguarding the multi-billion dollar business from losses.
